We were planning to place the offer on the Buena condo. But thought it over and over, really, there is no much that attracts me. The condo is a big old, and several things need to be fixed as it is sold “AS IS”. That cost can be mounted to 10,000 dollars. Then the condo is close to the Yerba Buena road, which has more noise. And it does not have the high fence to hide the condo from others.
Talked to LD and we decided to not go with this offer.
The resale house marking is not good in the past month after the federation and state’s credit is over. The townhouse that LD likes already reduced itself by 15,000. So maybe we should wait for some time to get better deal instead.
